Enjoy it warm:
Steep at 90–95°C for 3–5 minutes. Breathe. Drink slowly.
Enjoy it cold:
Add 2–3 spoons of buckwheat granules into glass or jar. Pour cold or room-temperature water. Cover and refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight. Remove the infuser and serve over ice.
