Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order to you quickly and carefully. Here's everything you need to know.

Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver within the Netherlands. Based elsewhere? Drop us a note at hello@serenitea.world and we will try to accommodate your request. We are a small store so we haven't figured all out, but we are willing to explore opportunities with our customers. 

How and when will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on business days are shipped within 2 days via PostNL. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Expected delivery time: 1–3 business days after shipping. Around public holidays it might take a little longer, PostNL gets busy, just like the rest of us

Shipping costs

You'll see the current shipping costs at checkout. We offer free shipping above a certain order value, check the webshop for the current threshold.

Package not received?

Track & trace says delivered but nothing's arrived? First check with neighbours or a nearby pick-up point. Still can't find it? Email us within 5 business days at info@serenitea.nl. We'll open an investigation with PostNL and make sure you either receive your order or get your money back.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out, but please note that additional shipping costs may apply for a resend.
