Use 2–3g per cup and re-brew two or three times, so your sample goes further than it looks.

Ingredients: 100% Tatar buckwheat seeds. Nothing else.

Hot brew 
Add one measuring spoon (2g) to your infuser, filter or just in your cup. Pour water at 90–95°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes. Re-brew the same granules 2–3 times.

Cold brew 
Add 2–3 spoons to a filter or infuser. Submerge in cold water. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight. Serve over ice.
