Ingredients: 100% Tatar buckwheat seeds. Nothing else.

Hot brew 
Add one measuring spoon (2g) to your infuser or filter. Pour water at 90–95°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes. Re-brew the same granules 2–3 times.

Cold brew 
Add 2–3 spoons to a filter or infuser. Submerge in cold water. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight. Serve over ice.
